Heaven on Earth (Part 5)<\/p>\n<\/div>

Kadosh: <\/strong> Decrees of Heaven<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When Isaiah saw the Lord high and lifted up and heard the seraphim cry to one another, \u201cHoly, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts; The whole earth is full of His glory\u201d (Isa 6:3), the first sound in the temple was not human confession but heavenly decree. Heaven proclaimed fullness before Earth reflected it. Isaiah\u2019s confession followed Heaven\u2019s declaration: \u201cWoe is me, for I am undone\u201d (Isa 6:5). The pattern is unmistakable\u2014Heaven decrees, man aligns. Holiness accelerates Heaven on Earth when sons learn to speak from what Heaven has already proclaimed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Isaiah said, \u201cI am undone\u201d (Isa 6:5). To be undone is to be dismantled, reduced from one\u2019s former structure. You cannot carry Heaven while protecting your self image. When heavenly decrees confront us, we are brought back to Earth. Paul cried, \u201cO wretched man that I am\u201d (Rom 7:24). Isaiah cried, \u201cWoe is me\u201d (Isa 6:5). This is not insecurity but holy exposure. \u201cOut of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks\u201d (Matt 12:34). Isaiah realised that though he was already called and functioning, his lips were unclean because they had been shaped by a lower order. He confessed, \u201cI am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips\u201d (Isa 6:5). Unclean lips are not merely immoral lips; they are lips formed by earth rather than the throne. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

When the King is seen, reverential speech becomes necessary. \u201cRighteous lips are the delight of kings\u201d (Prov 16:13). Therefore David said, \u201cLet the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord\u201d (Ps 19:14). Reverential speech is the evidence of consecrated lips. It is speech governed by Scripture, flowing from the indwelling Word (Col 3:16), and spoken without fear (Phil 1:14). It is prophetic in nature, uttered as the oracles of God (1 Pet 4:11). It is exemplary, aligning word and conduct (1 Tim 4:12). It is edifying, imparting grace rather than corruption (Eph 4:29). It is courteous, seasoned with grace and wisdom (Col 4:6), and it is honest, rooted in truth because we are members of one another (Eph 4:25). Such speech does not originate from cultural normalisation but from divine presence. Only lips shaped by Heaven can accurately release the decrees of Heaven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Heaven declares before Earth reflects. \u201cThe heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament shows His handiwork\u201d (Ps 19:1). \u201cDay unto day utters speech\u201d (Ps 19:2). Creation itself models decree. When Isaiah heard, \u201cHoly, holy, holy\u2026 the whole earth is full of His glory\u201d (Isa 6:3), he was hearing proleptic speech. In visible reality creation still groans and waits for the revealing of the sons of God (Rom 8:19\u201321). Yet Heaven speaks the future as present certainty. \u201cFor the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea\u201d (Hab 2:14). Proleptic speech brings the future into the present. It speaks from Heaven\u2019s finished intention rather than Earth\u2019s visible limitation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Isaiah concluded, \u201cFor my eyes have seen the King, the Lord of hosts\u201d (Isa 6:5). Kings do not negotiate; they decree. \u201cWhatever is written in the king\u2019s name and sealed\u2026 no one can revoke\u201d (Esth 8:8). \u201cNo decree or statute which the king establishes may be changed\u201d (Dan 6:15). When sons see the King they learn to speak as seated ones. \u201cYou will also declare a thing, and it will be established for you\u201d (Job 22:28). \u201cDeath and life are in the power of the tongue\u201d (Prov 18:21). Abraham believed God \u201cwho gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did\u201d (Rom 4:17). Jesus affirmed Peter\u2019s revelation saying, \u201cflesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but My Father who is in heaven\u201d (Matt 16:17), and then declared, \u201cOn this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it\u201d (Matt 16:18). Heaven revealed, man declared, authority followed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The angels declared, \u201cthe whole earth is full of His glory\u201d (Isa 6:3), because they saw the end from the beginning. God is bringing many sons to glory (Heb 2:10). Christ in you is the hope of glory (Col 1:27). Creation waits for that revealing (Rom 8:19). Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth (Col 3:2). When we declare His glory among the nations (Ps 96:3), we participate in Heaven\u2019s decree. Clean lips carry royal authority. Holy speech aligns Earth with Heaven. And when sons speak from the presence of the King, what is written in Heaven begins to manifest on Earth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job 22:28 You will <\/em> <\/b>also declare a thing, and it will be established for you; <\/em> so light will shine on your ways. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
